Managing an organization is, in my opinion, one of the most rewarding jobs you can have. Not just because of the feedback you receive, but rather because of the task’s complexity. When helping to organize meetups and events, one must not only deal with event-specific tasks such as locating sponsors, arranging talks, and creating content. You must also maintain contact with all parties involved in the process and immerse yourself in the topics being discussed.

The diversity necessitates a great deal from the organizer and teaches him a lot about life. It is, in my opinion, the ideal preparation for starting a business. Although it can be difficult to fit into one’s daily schedule, it is entirely doable when the fundamentals of time management are practiced.

Another reason event planning is beneficial is that it prompts you to increase your self-awareness, which is essential in life in general. Knowing who you are, your strengths and weaknesses, and how others perceive you is critical to developing a better self.After gaining a viewpoint on non-profit organizations and systems during the journey, it became clear that it was necessary to finalize the work through a non-profit organization.

We reached this conclusion by conducting extensive research. Setting up a business-like structure necessitates many new aspects of the organization, such as correspondence with local authorities and being aware of possible legal pitfalls (particularly in tax and competition law) liable for certain actions.

The only way to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome in a collection of random people is to try to arrange the group’s variability as high as possible so that instinctual grouping can occur freely.
